Payment Methods
Parakletosbooks.com and libreriaparakletos.com accepts credit cards and payments through your PayPal account as forms of payments. When making a purchase using your credit card or PayPal account, LibrerÃa Parakletos Inc. may seek a pre-approval for the amount of your purchase. We will bill your account at the time of your purchase. If the amount of your purchase is greater than the balance available in your credit card or PayPal account, you will be charged for the balance.

NOTE:
- We cannot accept international credit cards (issued outside of Puerto Rico and the United States) or prepaid gift cards issued by credit card companies.
- If you experience a declined transaction, or other credit card issues or PayPal account issues, you must use a different credit card.

Your parakletosbooks.com purchase will include sales tax as required by law.

Shipping Information
We have different shipping methods for your purchase. You can select the best method for you, except for purchases delivered to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Hawaii, and Alaska. These purchases will be shipped through the USPS Priority Mail method.
Usually, your purchase will ship in 1 business day (unless weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times).
Canceling or Modifying an Order
To meet our customer demands for fast service and delivery, we process and ship orders throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process. We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is being processed. In this case, you may return your order to us within 7 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
