Return Policy

Returning online orders to Any item or book that you purchased at must be returned within 7 days as of tracking number delivery date.

- Before returning any item or book, you must request a confirmation number (RMA). Any package received without a confirmation number will be rejected.

- The items or books must be returned in the same condition as sent (e.g., unopened and in shrink-wrap, all times included).

- Buyer is to assume return shipping costs (insuring the item is recommended). Recommended options for insurance include Media Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate (it cost about $10.00 and arrives in 2 to 3 days).

- Items must be returned in a box; returns in envelopes will NOT be accepted.

- Items and books will be inspected upon arrival. Upon inspection, a refund of the purchase price will be issued minus any shipping costs paid through for initial delivery. If book(s) arrive with damage (e.g., torn/scuffed/curled cover, corners or pages; poor shape or dirty, etc.)a 15% restocking/reconditioning/damage fee will be assessed as applicable.

- You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks as soon the package is received. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returning online orders to a local store

Customers may return items purchased online to any of our locations in Puerto Rico.

- Return new books, unopened CDs, and DVDs in their original condition. 

- Present items to the store within 7 days from the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

- Shipping charges are not refundable.
